This soon-to-be-published book is the result of over 35 years of experience, training, and research in the field of real estate and property appraisal. The major work on the book has been done. The outline, the chapter headings and sub-headings, and the bullet point have all been completed. The text is being written in modules and exerpts of some of these modules will be posted on this page so that readers can give feedback on what is written so far. Your comments will be appreciated and if there are any suggestions for any topics which do not appear to be in the list of chapters, they will be apprciated as well.
